About the camp
Shaolin Winter Camp Poland Bōlán Shàolín Dōnglìngyíng (波兰少林冬令营) is an annual Shaolin Kung-fu, Qigong and Chan meditation training camp in Poland. The camp is led by Master Shì Yántí 释延提, a 34th-generation warrior monk of the Shaolin Temple, and his direct disciple, Master Shì Héngzhí 释恒植, a 35th-generation representative. The program combines intensive training, forms practice, Qigong, Chan meditation and time for participants to connect.
Who can join
Shaolin Winter Camp is open to adults with different levels of experience, including complete beginners. Previous experience in Kung-fu or Qigong is not required. Full camp days include a morning movement, Qigong or meditation session and two main training sessions, so participants should be ready for regular physical effort and active participation in the program.

Program, fees and participation
When: from Thursday, 28 January 2027 at 5:00 pm to Sunday, 31 January 2027 at 3:00 pm.
Where: Zielona Góra.
Price: 420 EUR.
Deposit: 100 EUR.
Bank account: Tygrysy Shaolin Kung-fu, Revolut LT 15 3250 0592 9163 3531.
The participation fee includes full board, from dinner on Thursday to lunch on Sunday, accommodation at the venue in rooms for two or three people and an intensive training program rooted in the Shaolin tradition.
Each participant will receive a limited-edition camp T-shirt and a certificate of attendance.
Required equipment: long training trousers, preferably black, a plain white or black T-shirt, sports shoes, one large and one small towel. A meditation cushion is optional.
Places are limited to ensure focused training conditions and direct contact with the masters. Current availability can be checked on the booking form.

Master Shì Yántí 释延提
- A 34th-generation warrior monk of the Shaolin Temple, which he joined at the age of 17.
- In 2007, he received bhikkhu ordination as a Buddhist monk.
- Since 2013, he has taught Shaolin Kung-fu and Qigong and led seminars in many countries.
- Author of “Enter the Buddhism” and “Qigong. The Power of Life”.
Master Shì Héngzhí 释恒植
- Direct disciple of Master Shì Yántí and a 35th-generation representative of the Shaolin Temple lineage.
- Holder of 8th Duan in the Shaolin Temple DuanPin system.
- In 2017, he founded the Tygrysy Shaolin Kung-fu school, offering training in Wrocław and Poznań.
- Co-author of the Polish-language book “Pierwsze kroki w Klasztorze”, prepared with Master Shì Yántí.
